Open the UPupEE updates folder on SourceForge

These updates can only be applied to the base upupee-19.10+0.iso with md5 checksum b04ec00ac96d4eac317cfa4252759549

Reverse_updates are available to recreate the original .iso from each of the updates

Updates are cumulative....you only need apply the latest
